That depends on the length of the barrel of the gun you shoot it out of. These are not "hot" loads, they are just standard .357 mags and will shoot just fine out of any revolver designed to shoot .357 mags.

Velocity will differ based on batch. Different batches made on different days may have different velocities. Also weather/temperature affects measured velocity as does the chronometer calibration. The manufacturer ( Ammunition is made for Cabelas by S&B in the Czech Republic) listed velocity is 853 FPS. Your mileage may differ.

Question

What is the Muzzle Velocity of this 115 gr ammunition?

Some hand guns are sensitive to the momentum generated by the ammunition. If the momentum is too low, the hand gun may not cycle properly.
To determine the momentum, the muzzle velocity is required.
The normally used calculation is: Projectile Mass (grain) X Muzzle Velocity (fps) / 1000.
Some of the smaller pocket firearms like to have the momentum greater than about 400.
A smooth quality firearm will be happy with a momentum as low as about 250.
Only knowing the weight of the projectile is not very informative at all when deciding to purchase ammunition.

Unfortunately, it's going to depend on your exact firearm. Things like barrel length, rifling, wear, etc will all play a part. In my experience, while the loadings are not match quality consistent, you can expect performance comparable to bulk .MIL spec ammo.

Herter's Select is Brass Jacketed with a lead core based on my limited research. they also make a nylon jacketed lead core. I use them at my range and they check the ammo. I did not have any sparking which you would get with mixed steel / lead ammo. I would recommend this product, it cycles fine, accurate and no funky smell.
