The Safari Rifle Sling, item # 220723, may be used with a tripod if the tripod does not obstruct the sling swivel post.

answer 2
Yes if you have an available sling mount for it. It attaches to a sling mount in the front and there is a loop that goes around the barrel/stock. This front loop doesn't move and the sling portion is above the barrel when carrying the rifle and lays to the side when shouldering the weapon. Shouldn't interfere with a bipod or tripod that is mounted on a seperate sling stud/swivel.

answer 3
Yes. You will find you need to pay a little attention when opening the bipod as the sling may get caught on it. Still I suppose if you are gonna use the bi pod as opposed to an off the shoulder quick shot ,you proabaly have enough time to watch whats going on so you dont get it all caught up.

I'm assuming you mean bi-pod and the answer is YES. The front sling shouldn't interfere with the use of the bipod.

The Safari Rifle Sling, item # IK-220723, fits 1 inch sling swivels. This sling will mount to any rifle or shotgun with standard quick-detach sling swivel studs. Quick-detach studs or swivels are not included with this sling.

answer 2
Yes, IF you're not using an iron sight or the front sight bead. The front loop of the sling goes OVER the barrel. No problem with a scope that is a little elevated, won't work as designed with open sights.

answer 5
The front loop that attaches to the sling stud usually encircles the barrel. If you're using an optical sight that shouldn't interfere.
If you're using an iron sight or the front bead sight, you may have to mount the front loop under the barrel to keep it from interfering. That might cause the front to cant to one side instead of hanging straight like pictured.

I can't give you adjustment in inches but I'm 5' 10" and I have my sling adjusted near the middle of its range which brings my gun just above my belt line...which I believe they recommend.

The Safari Rifle Sling is the most versatile, functional sling I have. In fact, I have replaced almost all other slings I previously used with this model. I have not had it interfere with packs of any size or configuration (adapt and adjust the position, which is one of the superior aspects of this product). I use it in the East when walking or in the stand and find it at its best when hunting out West, with the varying terrain and more miles to cover (which is also when I tend to be lugging larger packs).

it depends on how tight you have the sling and if you buy the black one with the rubber inserts it may give you trouble. I have the cammo one and I don't have a problem while wearing a pack
