Question
Delivery
Your catalog states the Woodsman and Classic Series include In-Home Delivery in the price. However your web site calls for Curb-Side Delivery. Whats the correct answer?
The safes are a curbside delivery item, not in home as stated. This means the delivering trucking company brings the safe as far as the curb of the addressee, and it is off-loaded from their truck. The safe will not be delivered to the door. The customer would be responsible for arranging movement of the safe from the curb.
If you go into the local store, they may have a contractor they used for safe delivery and installation. This may cost you extra but we found that in-store prices are less to make up for the extra in delivery. It is well worth the price of delivery. Check our your local store.
Can you change the combintation on the mechanincal locks?
I was wondering if I you are able to change the combination mechanical lock to whichever combination you prefer or do you have to keep the combination that comes with it?
To change the combination on the Cabela's Woodsman Series Gun Safe by Liberty, item # IK-230264, you will need to contact a locksmith to have the combination reset.
Negative. No light or plugs are provided with the safe. The liberty adapter kit for plug in outlets inside the safe works perfect though. The hole is already cut in the safe back wall and insulation, just need to use a utility knife to cut the carpet and install the adapter. Great safe.
The interior of the Cabela's Woodsman Series Gun Safe by Liberty, Item # IK-230264, will look similar to the interior view in the link below. http://www.cabelas.com/catalog/larg...

Are these liberty safes made in the USA? I want to buy an American made safe with a rotary combination lock...
I was browsing on the Liberty website and it seems that some of the Cabelas Woodsman series match to the Revere Line of Liberty and others to the Colonial line of Liberty. I want to buy an American Made safe with a rotary combination lock. Is this the safe?
The Cabela's Woodsman Series Gun Safe by Liberty, Item: IK-230264, features an S&G UL listed mechanical combination lock. It cannot be unlocked by key.
