There are 4 holes in the bottom of this safe that are bolted to a pallet for delivery, you can use these same holes to bolt to your floor

Yes, it does. There's 4 holes on the bottom that's sealed with hard plastic and all you need to do is pop those open.

The safes are a curbside delivery item, not in home as stated. This means the delivering trucking company brings the safe as far as the curb of the addressee, and it is off-loaded from their truck. The safe will not be delivered to the door. The customer would be responsible for arranging movement of the safe from the curb.

If you go into the local store, they may have a contractor they used for safe delivery and installation. This may cost you extra but we found that in-store prices are less to make up for the extra in delivery. It is well worth the price of delivery. Check our your local store.

Negative. No light or plugs are provided with the safe. The liberty adapter kit for plug in outlets inside the safe works perfect though. The hole is already cut in the safe back wall and insulation, just need to use a utility knife to cut the carpet and install the adapter. Great safe.
