Question

How much do these shirts shrink when dried in dryer?

http://www.cabelas.com/product/Clothing/Mens-Casual-Clothing/Mens-Casual-Shirts/Mens-Flannel-Chamois-Casual-Shirts%7C/pc/104797080/c/104746680/sc/104263380/i/104065380/Cabelas-Printed-Chamois-Shirts-150-Regular/722851.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Fclothing-mens-casual-clothing-mens-casual-shirts-mens-flannel-chamois-casual-shirts%2F_%2FN-1100836&WTz_l=SEO%3Bcat104065380

How much does this shirt shrink? I used to buy Woolrich Chamois shirts and found that most Chamois or Flannel shirts do shrink a bit when put in the dryer. (I would buy 2XL for husband that wears XL). Can tyou tell me about these? I expect flannel/chamois to shrink some, but am confused as to what size to buy dependiong on the "cut" etc

The first thing I do after unwrapping new clothes from Christmas is to wash the sizing out of them. I have washed my new Chamois 3 times now and it still fits like the day I got it. My first one never did shrink, so I guess this one will be the same way.

I found this shirt to remain true to size even after washing. I keep it in the dryer for about 10 minutes, then hang to finish drying. My husband needs a tall size, so it's important to continue to fit and this has definitely done the job!

Wash in cold water, set your dryer on graduated dry so that the shirts dry gradually are still slightly damp when you remove them from the dryer. Stretch the sleeves and hang them to completely dry.

I've owned these shirts for several years. I buy no other brand or type for winter wear.

I have a couple of these, just wore one today.I can say that they do shrink some which is a good thing because I believe they are a little big anyway. That said I've had my shirts a few years and they fit well, but now I have to watch my weight or they'll be tight.
